Visiting Nov 3-8 and trying to pin down plans which is difficult without knowing park hours, especially extended evening times which I try to take advantage of.
Bucking the current trends, TouringPlans is now showing Wed Nov 5th as Extended at Animal Kingdom!? Is it possible that’s wrong? Or some inside knowledge they have? Disney’s 5 day outlook only goes through October 30th as of today.

Wonder why the switch to AK. I was liking the HS Wed pattern and it seemed ok with Jollywood later in the week.
In past years, there’s been a mix of HS and AK during the MK Halloween and Christmas party seasons. I suspect the switch to AK in November relates to Jollywood parties starting that upcoming Saturday November 8.
In my opinion this is a significant downgrade for guests so I understand the disappointment. EEH at HS is great.
I agree it’s a downgrade to have the EEH at AK instead of HS. But, I will say we did EEH at AK last holiday season and it was my favorite visit to AK ever. I really loved seeing the park at night and the low lines made it possible to do everything we wanted (except the safari which I think was not running) just during those EEH hours.
Yea, I was def thinking to max those 2 hrs at HS. Will give it a couple days to see if anything changes (prob not) and then reevaluate.
We did AK ExEH few years ago and it was great. Walked on to Everest 3x in a row and I was toast. Hoped to mix it up this time but subject to Mickey’s whims.
100% agree with all of this! Maybe one day AK will not be a downgrade! November is better than this summer’s EEH there because of Christmas decorations and early sunset.
