I should add that I knew they did it in the past, but it seemed to stop during covid. So I’m wondering if they’re bringing it back to delay any more resort openings.

Yup, Walt Disney Travel Company.
And Margaritaville has privately owned cottages, so I’m guessing they brokered some kind of agreement with a property owner that has multiple cottages.

They have lots of relationships like that. Good neighbor hotels.

Yeah, I just thought that it was interesting that they decided to bring back that relationship rather than open more resorts.
Margarita like will be paying Disney handsomely for selling their resort I guess. If they pay enough they’ll earn onsite perks (when there are any).
