Water Parks during the summer?

Are there better and worse days to visit Blizzard Beach and Tayphoon Lagoon

We will be there last week of June and first of July next year. I can’t find any suggestions under crowd calendar. Have you been to the water parks during busy times? What was your experience?

I would avoid them at weekends since a lot of locals go then, making them busier.

The Undercover Guide used to say to stay away from Thursday and that Saturday is the best day. I have not looked this year to see if that advice has remained.
