Blizzard Beach is usually closed for its annual refurbishment from near the end of October until early January. Typhoon Lagoon should be open, barring any weather closures (such as a really cold day).

Do you think it will be crowded?
I don’t know about Thanksgiving. I think it’s iffy about crowds. My guess is no it wouldn’t be, but no experience except going Jersey week. The parks were 7-8. Typhoon Lagoon was walk on all rides. The kids loved it. We had high 80’s that week so perfect for a water park.
