I’m travelling solo in September and staying at the Doubletree at the entrance to Universal. My plan is to walk to the park but I was wondering about walking back to the hotel after park closure. Are the walking paths well lit, heavily travelled and relatively safe after dark?
We did last weekend. The walk at night is somewhat dark. The real danger is drivers. A drunk had a traffic cone stuck under his car and never knew it. Just make sure the kids understand crosswalk use. Hopefully the pedestrian bridge near the DoubleTree is opened soon.
