I’m doing WDW this weekend for a combined Xmas/birthday gift. Thanks to the Lines app, i dont think i need to purchase a Lightning Lane. However, if i did, how would booking a reservation on Tiana’s work? You can’t choose your spot in a VQ, so how can you choose your time frame for an LL?
When you go to buy a LLSP, you choose the time right in the MDE app.
You are right, you can’t choose your VQ time…but if you use BG1, you can pretty much guarantee you will get an early BG. When we did it in September, using BG1, we got BG 1, which was called within an hour of park opening.

LLMP works differently from VQ.
When you purchase LLMP at MK, you can select your LL time for TBA (from among the then currently available LL times, if any, and subject to the LL overlap restrictions and other rules).
TBA is LLMP, not LLSP.
