We will be visiting WDW May 14-22 and are staying in Port Orleans Riverside. I’m planning to rent a car and drive to the parks since I’ve heard that moderate resorts aren’t the best for bus transportation. Does anyone know if I can pay for valet parking at any MK or Epcot area resort in the morning and go to the park for the entire day?

Yes. If you pay for valet, you’re good for all day. A not-often-mentioned fact is that if you are handicapped (with plates or mirror tag), valet parking is complementary.
If you save your receipt, you can also move to valet parking at another resort that day and not have to pay another $25.
