Tried snagging a V&A reservation at 4am (my time) this morning. Kept on getting errors after Dec 9th (I’m trying for Dec 11th). Tried calling at 5am and as soon as I said V&A, got directed to the direct V&A reservation number which didn’t open until 9am EST. Called then and could only leave a message. Explanation on the call-back was that they are reconfiguring templates and only doing manual reservations. Not sure what timeframe this applies to besides early December. We’re told we have a reservation (YAY!), but won’t get a confirmation number until July/August! Bit scary…
