Since there isn’t a thread for USH, I’m putting it in UOR right now…
I’m only about 10 days away from going to Fan Fest. I’ve been devouring all the vlogs I can without too many spoilers.
What I have been finding out is that a number of attractions will close much earlier than 2am…
The following rides and attractions will remain open during Universal Fan Fest Nights (subject to change):
- Jurassic World – The Ride (closes at 12:00 a.m.)
- The Simpsons Ride™
- Revenge of the Mummy – The Ride
- Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey™ (closes at 11:15 p.m.)
- Flight of the Hippogriff™
- Mario Kart™: Bowser’s Challenge (closes at 10:00 p.m.)
- Despicable Me Minion Mayhem (closes at 12:00 a.m.)
- The Secret Life of Pets: Off the Leash (closes at 12:00 a.m.)
- SUPER NINTENDO WORLD™ (closes at 12:00 a.m.)
This isn’t uncommon at after hours events from Universal, but I has hoped rides like Bowser & FJ would at least close at midnight with everything else…
This is my first time to USH and I’m still learning the park layout - especially with upper & lower sections!

There are so many vlogs out there with experience and food reviews. The ones that I trust say the event is AMAZING and not crowded. I’m going to feel dumb having already bought the Express Pass and it’s not crowded! 
I’d rather have low crowds anyway!! At least I used my Universal Visa points to pay for it.
(I may talk to GS anyway if I don’t really use the UXP that night for a refund.)
I’m hearing that the BttF experience is basically a SW - Galactic Starcruiser style “event”. Multiple reviewers say Universal took all the best parts of SW-GS and made a truly immersive experience & it only costs $75! 
Many people say they have to do it at least twice to meet all the characters! This is my fandom & the reason I’m going, but the entire event looks great!
