I’m currently planning a trip to WDW & USF/IOA end of January 2021. I’ve already booked a WDW package (which is refundable, less $200 fee) if I cancel 2-29 days before arrival. But it seems that USF/IOA tickets are not refundable. So, do you think I’m safe waiting until the last minute to buy them? They haven’t had any capacity issues there lately, have they? I certainly wouldn’t think they’d have any the week of 1/21. Right?
You will be absolutely safe to wait. Universal only hits capacity during major holiday weekends
