[I thought I had posted about this when it was first announced, and was going to reply as a new thread, but now I can’t seem to find it]
Earlier this year, Warner Bros Movie World in Abu Dhabi announced their intention to add a new expansion to their all-indoor theme park, and the first Wizarding World land not in a Universal park. Well today, it was made official. It will feature both Diagon Alley and Hogwarts Castle, and will evidently be set during Chamber of Secrets, as the headliner attraction will be a thrill ride themed to Arthur Weasley’s flying Ford Anglia!
This coincides with the forthcoming controversial HBO reboot of the franchise. All of the sets (and more importantly, the merchandise) will likely be based on the new designs for the series.

I think with the $100+ billion Warner Bros is getting from Paramount (even though Paramount claimed to be in such bad shape financially that they canceled their most watched show) perhaps WB can bring this expansion to their parks in Spain and Australia, or maybe even build a new park in another underrepresented tourist market

Well I don’t really have plans to visit Madrid but I would if there was a park there. I am def do Barcelona for Gaudi but I tend to prefer small town/cities to big cities so that’s where I am going to do most of my future vacationing!
So they could choose another small coastal town!
