Do you know if the page is still functioning? I’ve also tried via universal page, and they don’t offer me the 30 day, only 1 and 3.
I chatted via the Universal app, and they told me that I can buy the 30 day at the parks, apparently same price as online presale (139.99$), but I don’t fully trust that, as the 3 day package is 20$ more expensive at the parks than online…
Yeah…it’s so out of date! It’s done by a third party vendor. I really wish URO would handle this themselves. There aren’t very many actual photographers in the parks because the vendor has to pay the labor.
I do like the cool “self-serve” areas like the BttF Delorean, JP T-Rex & etc,…
I wonder if everyone wouldn’t end up ahead if they made it a little cheaper and then explicitly promised only ride photos or photos from a photo shoot? Then they wouldn’t have to pay photographers to stand around. I think people are mostly interested in the ride photos and know that they can take other photos themselves. They could also offer the paid photo shoots like Disney does.
At Universal we’d always had the photo package. We bought some crazy package on their black friday sale 2019 for 18 months and then that got extended. Even for our first big trip we usually didn’t want to stand for the photographers. We stood in every area once or twice but after that even for free it wasn’t worth pausing.
