Universal Orlando News & Planning Thread

I’m literally quoting you from the UOR reps. “…still loading all ticket types.” I don’t know any more than that.

Thanks! I will wait patiently! I really appreciate the info!

A liner on chat just bought tickets in the app.

Single day Epic tickets for 2026 are available for AP holders.

No indication of the 3-day, 3-park hopper that we’ve seen on Attraction Tickets, right?

I only looked at the AP info but I will keep my eyes open for it.

The 3 day tickets are what they were selling with packages.

I didn’t think that they were selling true hoppers yet though? There were multi-day ones but you still just got your one day at Epic. Uni tickets confuse me!

I have access to 3-day 3-park tickets. DM me if you wanted me to check a specific day.

With full hopping so I could do 3 parks in one day if I wanted?

Correct

Ok let me talk to DH. It would be April 25-27.

Ooo I will need these. I don’t necessarily want to buy them yet though …

Looking around over there. @Jeff_AZ , am I thinking about this right (universal tickets are so confusing):

1 AP pass (me, for hotel savings, lowest level is fine for our dates)

4 4 day park to park tickets including Epic (family)

2 1 day Epic tickets purchased (for me)

If I do this, is that doing what I think it’s doing, namely making it so that we can go into Epic twice if we want, otherwise moving in and out of the other parks as desired? I doubt we would want to go into Epic more than twice, although the other 4 folks actually could with those tickets.

Anything I’m not thinking about here? I can’t actually get an AP rate on tickets since I won’t be able to activate until we go, correct?

What you described is very similar to my situation, and I think you have it right! But someone can correct us if you’re wrong.

Oh actually I’m not sure about this part. You may be able to purchase AP rate tickets without activation. But I haven’t tried. You can get other AP benefits without activation. This might be a special case though.

Thanks! Maybe someone will weigh in on that. I’m so happy to be able to put numbers to scenarios now!

I recently asked on the website chat and was told the pass had to be activated at the turnstiles to purchase discounted Epic tickets. But I would appreciate others confirming that I didn’t get wrong info.

I have an activated AP on my account. I was able to see (and go through the motions to purchase) discounted AP Epic tickets on the website. Try logging in to your account if you have purchased an AP that is linked to that account and try to purchase discounted Epic tickets and see if it lets you. I think that’s the only way to know for sure.

Does anyone have thoughts on the new Universal Orlando Resort FB profile picture? Are they trying to tell us something besides new movie?

I think it’s definitely just a tie in to Wicked! They have been doing this across Comcast brands.
