This is the first week day since reopening that Universal (both parks) hit capacity since reopening. (The other times were weekends.)
This is for APs / Single Day ticket holders. If you are staying on-site there is still room to enter. IMHO - This is the start of a packed Thanksgiving week! GL if you are headed that way!!
Capacity = adjusted covid capacity (and if so what percentage are we talking)
or
Capacity = usual max capacity
Adjusted COVID capacity… either way you can’t get in today unless you are staying on-site

good question to bad no reply…Maybe 50 percent of normal? Just a guess
Disney has explicitly stated they are capped at 35% of normal capacity. I’m not sure if Universal has done the same. I can’t imagine it is much different.
