Going to Universal for the first time for 2 days during Spring Break (Easter week) in 2023. We’ve never had a problem getting the DAS pass at DLR or WDW, but I’ve heard that Universal is not as helpful, but don’t know if that’s the case.
My son has autism and has difficulty waiting in lines. Does Universal accommodate for this?

I have a different need, but I have never had an issue at UOR getting the DAS pass. They ask the same question Disney does - why are you unable to wait in the line?
Their process is still a paper form where you need to go to each ride to get a return time. If you keep the form, the next time you visit, you just need to show that at Guest Services and they just give you a new one for your new dates.
