Undercover tourist just impressed me!! A few weeks ago I bought tickets to Universal Orlando, and received them with no issues (this is for a trip coming up in October). Last week I purchased tickets for DL (for a trip next week), and I got an email stating that UC needed to talk to the cardholder before processing the order. I just called them back and they said that they noted that I had purchased tickets for parks in different states, and since the tickets are non-refundable they wanted to make sure that I did indeed want tickets for DL, and not WDW. So nice!! I just really appreciate this level of detail, and this level of personalized care. I had not expected it at all…I thought it was all automated.
