Uber and lyft

We do not have Uber or Lyft in my city. I would like to use these services when we go to DisneyWorld, for all of our traveling once we land in Orlando. We are a family of 5, kids are 17, 8, and 7. What are the booster seat laws there? Any advice to being prepared to use these services to and from the airport and to all the Disney parks? We are staying at the Melia Orlando. All info to this newbie is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Here’s a thread that covers already this:

Florida car seat laws (I think you’re good!)

They won’t have boosters available but I would highly suggest getting Bubblebum inflatable boosters or Mifolds for them. The Mifolds fold up smaller and would barely take up any room in a backpack.

I’m a Child Passenger Safety Technician aka car seat tech.

Uber’s UberFAMILY service has vehicles with one car seat per vehicle.

Do they not have the option of 2 booster?

According to the link: “One car seat available in each uberFAMILY vehicle. Weight range: 25 lbs-60 lbs. Suitable for children between ages 2-6.”
