Typical times Epcot runs out of FPs entirely?

5:30 today (Spring Break mayhem level crowds) after we used our third Epcot FP (for an afternoon thing), popped over to kiosk and it said NO fps available for rest of the day, and confirmed w/worker that it wasn’t some problem w/me.

Is that typical? Or only happens when there’s high crowds?

by 5:30 during spring break? it’s not unusual during peak times.

during “non peak” times, there’s more availability.
