Is there a way to use the room request and/or room search tool with two reservation numbers? My parents will be on the same trip but have a different confirmation number, just wondering if I could add them to mine or if I need to set up a separate account.

What I do is add the second reservation # in the comments and request connecting rooms or rooms nearby.

Sorry, I should mention that they are staying in Bay Lake Towers and we’ll be at Wilderness Lodge, so it’s also a matter of different resorts!
Try setting up a different trip with exactly the same dates but the different resort then. I do what @BoilerMomPharmD does, but I think it was @brklinck who said you can set up 2 simultaneous trips, so you get 2 fax requests.
