Trying to understand Actual CLs

So I’m trying to figure out what exactly goes into a CL calculation for a park. I was looking at actuals, specifically for AK yesterday (Predicted: 6, actual: 7).

Every attraction though, went down from it’s predicted to actual, some by quite a bit, except for Kilimanjaro Safari, which went from a predicted 8 to an actual 10. But even FoP went down from a 10 to a 6. So every attraction except KJ is in the 3-6 range. But KJ is a 10, so that makes the whole Crowd Level a 7?

I’m just trying to figure out how it works… If anyone has any insight, I’d be curious to know.
