MK regular park opening is 9:00 tomorrow. What will probably be the return time for BG1? Is it 8:45 to 9:45? And is there an unofficial 59 minute grace period, so till 10:44 in this case?

Realistically.
I believe that barring a delayed opening, BG1 gets called sometime during early entry.

It will usually be called right at 8:45 and you have until 9:45 officially but another 59 minutes until 10:44am in practice. If you have a receipt from an ADR they will excuse you for being late. (That’s the only reason I’ve heard of for consistently being admitted late.)

We got BG4 and it was called at 845am, with a 9am opening. I don’t know about the grace period, we went right at 845.
