Can anyone tell me when I should leave HS (closes at 9pm) to be at Riviera for a Topolino’s ADR at 9:25?

Ooops sorry- should have said we’re on foot, meaning using disney transportation…
I’d be at the skyliner 45 minutes before your ADR to be safe. That gives you a cushion in case the skyliner stops briefly and to give you time to get up to Topolinos. We had a hard time finding it on our first trip for breakfast. In reality, it may only take 30 minutes but I don’t like to rush and panic.
