Looking to book a Discovery Cove package that includes swimming with the dolphins, day beds, photo package and the celebration package where the dolphin swims up and gives you a buoy. With a hotel stay somewhere close by I would even consider the value resorts at Universal. Would it be easier to plan this myself? Or try to find a travel agent to find the best price.

Except for perhaps the very large agencies, a TA will only be able to get you the same price/dates/etc as you can get. Savings would not be a reason to use a TA (and some now charge for their services, so it may end up costing you more), but personalized service and stress-free planning would be.
