At a leisurely pace,(very relaxed) a 14 minute walk from The Land to SE would mean it is roughly 3/4 mile. And it just isn’t. I’d give in to it being 10 minutes. I’ll time it when I"m there, just for kicks.
Unless you have a toddler or two in tow. Then it’s probably more like 3 miles away.)
