Is anyone else having trouble with the Touring Plans app today (aka Walt Disney World Lines)?
I tried to open it to review my upcoming plans and it gets stuck on the loading screen. I deleted and reinstalled it twice, and it still stays on the touring plans logo.
I also tried turning off Wi-Fi and using my cell phone signal but same problem.
iOS: 26.6.1
App v: 2.2.3
I am using the Android version. It seems to be working. An extreme test would be to power cycle your phone. But if that doesn’t do it, probably should reach out to TP using their contact us link.
I have an android and it was slow loading earlier today. However, I did see iphone users complaining about something in the chat. So I do not think you are alone!
On Chat someone asked the same question - David responded:
We’ve had sporadic server issues recently that might have led to app issues (there also would be site issues).
I had an issue yesterday. I had to quit the app a few times before it finally loaded the log in page and worked for me.
Just checked again and I was able to get the login page to load.
I’m having trouble uploading photos!!! A real problem when you are trying to update a trip report. 
(Just tried to upload a screenshot of the error message I’m getting, but nope … can’t do

I had so many issues with it yesterday that I gave up trying to use it.
