We will be visiting Epcot, hollywood studios, and universal studios/islands of adventure the end of Jan. It looks like the temperature varies a lot from day to day and throughout the day. Any tips on how to dress and what to do with the extra layers if it warms up? I tend to be cold by nature. We won’t have a stroller to throw stuff in.
We will be moving between both parks in universal/IOA, can you purchase a locker pass that allows you to move from locker to locker?

There is no locker pass, sorry. But there are free lockers you can use when in line for attractions for items or you can rent one at the front of one of the parks.
