Time/ Transportation for Broadwalk & EP Resorts

I’m planning to visit Broadwalk and the EP Resorts and having some questions:

  1. How much time do I need to allocate to visit Broadwalk?
  2. How much time do I need to allocate to visit Broadwalk Resort?
  3. How much time do I need to allocate to visit Beaches Club?
  4. How much time do I need to allocate to visit Yacht Club?
  5. Is it better to walk or take the boat between Broadwalk & Yacht/Beaches Club?
  6. How long does it take?
  7. Can you take the boat the whole route, resorts, HS, EP, & Broadwalk?
  8. Where is the best place to park?

Thanks!!!

I do not know about parking but how much time you spend depends on how much time you want to look around. Each resort has a large lobby and YC/BC have a resort store. Along the Boardwalk outside of Boardwalk resort are a number of small stores. There is usually performers on the Baordwalk at night. You can take the baot from resort to resort but the whole walk is no more than 15-20 minutes. Here are some photos:

Thank you! I’m thinking we would visit Broardwalk & the resort the evening we arrive at around 7/8pm & possible eating at one of the restaurants on Broadwalk or walk to YC/BC for dinner, but wasn’t sure if 2-3hrs would be enough to include walking to YC/BC. (Staying offsite the first night)

The next day, I’m planning to tour BC/YC, lunch at Beaches n Cream and go to Fantasia Gardens. Would 4 hrs enough to plan for before check in?

Four hours is plenty of time! That includes eating and golf right?

Yes

Would 3 hours be enough time for Boardwalk, BW resort & Big River Grille & Brewing the night before? Is there a better place to eat on Boardwalk?

They are all so close! It will take 5 minutes to walk to the swan or dolphin too! Did you look there?

I haven’t thought about them. I was wanting to explore the EP resorts to help me decide something for a future trip in a couple of years. Are they nice to visit also? I might do that too.

I do not know why my board walk photo is not posting. If you look at the photos that are posting they are from BC looking across. You can see swan/dolphin in the distance (giant grey triangle with swan/dolphin figures . There are a few ok restaurants at the Boardwalk, plus kiosks (flying fish is closed). Swan/dolphin has some great restaurants (some can be expensive and they do not take the dining plan).

I’ll take a look at them too. I’d like to be open without reservations that night just in case when we arrive in Orlando & how tired we are. I saw Flying Fish & noticed the closure.

Which resort do you like better around EP?

I am partial to YC, Crews Cup is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat. I also love to go over to the Dolphin. I like to grab something at the BlueZoo bar.

This is a view from a room overlooking the Board walk. You can see the Baordwalk that circles the water. In the distance you can see the dolphin on top of the building. The buildings on the left are stores/restaurants on the ground level.

Great picture. BlueZoo & Crews Cup sounds really good & I love seafood. Do you need a ressie for them?

No reservation for crews cup and if you eat at the bar (crab nachos are especially good) BlueZoo is good too. Neither take the dining plan!
