Three Parks in One Day Plan

On our last day of our vacation, on 1/13 we are planning a recap day where we’re going to try and hit three parks in one day, AK, HS and Epcot. Magic Kingdom is our least favorite park by far, especially with two decent rides closed. Our flight out is at 7:15 so assume we’re going to leave the parks at 4:00 to get something to eat (we don’t really eat meals in the parks) and head to the airport. My initial plan is to go to AK first since it opens the earliest and get a LL single for Flight of Passage and quickly hit Everest and KS. Leave AK and go to HS where we’ll have our LLMP selections and try and hit ToT, Millenium Falcon, Toy Story Midway Mania and some others depending on wait times. From there we head over to Epcot and get in a LL single for Guardians of the Galaxy and try and hit Soarin and whatever else we can manage in Epcot before leaving.

I’ll have a car so I’ll probably just move the car from HS to Epcot even though I don’t have to since that way I can leave the park faster. I’ll also try and convince my family to eat in Epcot but not sure I’ll be successful. We eat Kosher and the inside the parks options are pretty gross and terrible. We typically eat snacks/hot pretzels/ice cream for lunch and then leave the park for dinner. Though Uber eats may be an option to save time.

Any thoughts on my order of parks? My thought is that AK should be first because it opens early. We like the park but it’s really FoP, EE and KS that are the main ride draws. I figure we don’t need LL in AK outside of FoP so save it for HS. Use the second LLSP for Guardians and just try and do as much as possible before leaving.

Maybe @DWJoe can offer some suggestions for this.

Sounds like a fun day, with a manageable plan!

I did this same order of parks (plus MK at the end) for our 4P1D challenge in July. Here’s my planning thread and trip report in case it’s useful. We rope dropped FoP, NRJ and KS (then rode KRR after breakfast) at AK; then headed to DHS to ride SDD, TSMM and MMRR (we also watched the new Little Mermaid show there); then headed to Epcot to ride Remy, FEA, Soarin and GotG in Epcot (plus the Moana walk through). We left Epcot (to head to MK) around 6pm. That included two QS sit-down stops (breakfast at Yak &Yeti Local Foods Cafe + afternoon snack-turned-dinner at Connections), and a long midday TS lunch at Sci-Fi.

We were exhausted the next day but had an absolute blast!

Have a great time!

Hi, we also keep kosher. Agree that the in-park options aren’t great. In the past we’d leave park for meals but last trip I got Uber Eats delivery to work pretty well to DHS ride pickup gates.

@mkmuzzy thanks for thinking of me!

We just did these three parks yesterday and I think your plan will work given your flexibility.

To RD EE you don’t need to be there right at RD, so that will make a slightly easier start for departure day. KS opens at regular park open and tends to build after 30 mins. I would leave FOP for the way out.

Soarin is a slightly trickier LL these days because it is the best tier 2. But given EP is youe last park you should be fine.
