I think we have all felt this way at times. Especially when we’ve gone in the summer months. You get so pumped up for the trip with great expectations, but the heat and humidity just suck the life out of you and everyone starts to get on your last nerve. Sounds like you need some alone time. Can you spare half of a day?

This is secretly one of the reasons I always like to stay in a place that has a washer/dryer. I have a legitimate reason for saying “No, you guys go on ahead without me, I am just going to catch up on some laundry this morning!”
