The Lightning Lane Thread! All DLR Info Here

This has probably been answered already, but is there a way to manually enter return times for multi lane on the Touring Plans software?

Yes. I probably shouldnā€™t even have it on the list. GotG & TSMM are the biggest.

Anyone use LLMP at DLR and can report if you could modify a LL to an attraction in the other park using the DLR app? That feature was not available under G+.

I doubt it, since this was just a name change apparently. But I agree it would be worth checking. Disneyland Liners are more active on Chat (DL version).

True!

So LL booking starts during EE, correct?

It starts as soon as you are admitted through the tapstiles, which I believe could be even before EE officially starts. But definitely by EE.

I just did my first big update of the lead post in the Disneyland LL thread since the name changes in July. If anyone wants to proofread, let me know if I missed any changes or updates. Thanks!

Whoā€™s ready for the $400 Premier LL? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

Just added these sections to the lead post. Feedback welcome:

Wellā€¦ I had canceled my DLR Halloween trip, but then I won a bunch of money in the casino on my cruise so I was thinking Iā€™d rebook. Then I wrecked my car last week, so no. But now they have totaled it, and Iā€™m going to get more than expected, soā€¦ maybe just a shorter trip? Maybe not Halloween now, but just 11/1 with LLPP? Is that nuts?

I about fell outta my chair seeing the price for a Tier 4 one day park hopper. I mean, YOLO!
If youā€™re already going to be out in Cali on those dates, and really want to do DLR, it would be a very fun stress-free day. (Although, I personally would use buy the much cheaper multipass + singlepass Racers and then just to Rise if time but Iā€™m not a mega Star Wars fan and Iā€™ve done Rise enough in my life to be happy to skip it).

Disneyland is always a good idea, and getting a little bonus check seems like the perfect excuseā€¦

So, my Disney math went something like ā€œ3 nights hotel + 2 days PH + $57 more expensive flight is $510 more than 2 nights + 1 day PH + cheaper flightā€¦ if I add LLPP then Iā€™m still saving $110ā€ SAVING!!! Itā€™s like I canā€™t not so it, because Iā€™d be losing money, right? :face_with_peeking_eye:

Ahh well in that case, yes you must. I am still reeling about a whole day being as much as I saw the price for it. But if it were me (and only me not DH or any of the kids with me), Iā€™d probably do it.

Iā€™m still wafflingā€¦ itā€™s a lot.

Iā€™m with you: picking myself up off the floor on the price. Even if I were to follow the logic of savings by reducing the days in the parks ftom 2 to 1, it would just feel like a rat race trying to cram all the rides into one day. If you pay $400, you are going to want to squeeze in every ride on the list. Then you miss out on the atmosphere, like the Dans, and getting powdered sugar all over yourself as you eat beignets and sip coffee in NOS. If rides are your top priority and you have a bottomless bank account, then it might be worth itā€¦maybe. Just think how much a family of 4 would pay for a one day visit on a $196 day! Yikes! $2400 plus Park Hoppers!

You get it! That is always one of my favorite parts of being there. Especially if/when the Mark Twain and train are running and you can hear their whistles see the Mark Twain passing by. Peak atmosphere!

One thing to note with Premier Pass for Disneyland: DFB tested it recently and was able to ride both the Mission Breakout and Monsters After Dark versions of GotG in a single day with PP. In other words, they count as separate attractions.

Yeah, but thatā€™s also true with LLMP. They are separate rides and, absent any time constraints, you can book both.
