Testing or proof of COVID infection required for US entry

Yes, I am biased.

Iā€™m so thankful I got my two pandemic trips in prior to the testing requirements comingā€¦as Iā€™d have to do it both ways  ā€¦also, good thing I didnā€™t renew the AP.

ugh!

One issue I see with vaccination for entry is ensuring adequate timing since series was completed. Until we have a better system for tracking vaccinations it seems an easy thing for someone to fake. There are so many different types as well. Itā€™s more challenging than tracking a yellow fever vaccine.

So I think we have to assume that the new variant is everywhere, but that specific article is a little misleading. The woman had a layover at Logan only. So she was in MA for two hours. She easily could have infected others there but itā€™s not like she was out and about interacting for days.

Agreed. I was about to ā€œheartā€ your post, but could not heart this statement. It may be true, but it is not good news.
