My general plan for our last day is to explore WS while seeing the Storytellers & eating from the Holiday food booths. Maybe do Agent P as well along the way.
1- Are the storytellers at set times?
2- I know we can’t see them all, so what are your top 3 (my kids are baby, 3, 5)?

Yes, they will be at set times but WDW hasn’t released them yet for this year. Last years times will show up on a TP if you make one for the day, if you want to get an idea on frequency.
I think your kids would really enjoy Sigrid and Julenissen in Norway, La Befana in Italy and Father Christmas in the UK.
