I just tried to used my pharmacy rewards which always stacked before at Target to buy gift cards. The register wouldn’t allow it. Anyone know when this policy changed.
I’ve seen reports of this as far as March when I first joined lines. Not sure when it officially changed but it’s been that way for awhile now.
I hadn’t heard of the change and my sister and I went yesterday to buy $500 in gift cards using the pharmacy rewards. It would only take off the regular red card 5%. It did the additional 5% on everything but the cards so we saved $25 vs $50. Still nice to save though.

I want to say that they stopped allowing this last year. I did a DCL cruise last fall and it was already a changed policy when I wanted to get gift cards in advance of the cruise.
