I am trying to picture what Burgushi looks like. I did look at some pics but honestly I can’t figure out which ones might be actual sushi and which are the burgushi.
Does anyone have any pics of it they would like to share? We are leaning towards giving it a try. Mr. 20 wants to know if the burgushi is wrapped in rice because if it is he is not interested in that.

I’ve been to Cowfish a couple of times. It’s good, but not great. The price is fair - especially for a theme park. The burgers are hit-or-miss and the Burgushi reviews are, IME, overwhelming negative. It seems more like a gimmick than something enjoyable. The milkshakes are a surprise hit. I like them there more than Toothsome’s!

Agreed on the above for the food, and I was going to say …
but you beat me to it. We loved the shakes.
Overall, we have enjoyed eating there multiple times and would go back, but I would not call it a “must-do”.
