Can you take a scooter rented at Universal over to Islands of Adventure? Can you take it on the HP train?

Yes There is a pdf on uni web site explaining it all. Its called riders guide. You do have to switch to a wheel chair for the queue part I believe.
We will have my mom with us who needs a scooter, so I have been concerned about these types of things to. We have decided to rent a scooter from a company in Orlando. This way she will have it for all the walking we do. They are half the price of renting from the park. Just a thought. There are several companies that were recommended to us.
