wow, I have a just turned 8 year old son. we have been to disneyland a ton of times and I never considered a stroller, but I do know that I missed fantasmic one time because he was too tired to continue and i have had to carry him to the car or bus on multiple occasions. we are going to WDW in april and now after reading all your comments I might look into getting a stroller!
I know on the california side the stroller really gets a bad rap, but the parks are a lot smaller from what i understand
We had two six year olds for our last trip with two adults. A double stroller was not the way to go. We both pushed single strollers because of the buses, etc. and getting it folded up would be a lot more trouble than 2 singles.
On the stroller issue - get them. We are going back when my girls turn 10 and we will get them then too. No brainer.
