Just told my boss I might have to move to NC! (Our HQ is in a suburb of Raleigh) I am currently remote.

Len mentioned that although they say it is “outside of Raleigh” it is actually 40 miles from downtown!
Yep, that’s a pretty outsized outside.
It’s never heard about these communities before seeing this either, but there’s another apparently?

Yeah the first one is in Cali
During a trip in 2000, when I was 19 I had to go to the ER, and they sent me to the famed Celebration Hospital that they built the town for. I’d seen a primetime news show segment on it being a town built for the hospital that was basically the HoA from Hell, but it was so eerie to pull into the city at like 6:30pm and it was all dark and quiet, like a really modern ghost town.
