Looking to book California Grill for our trip late November/ early December. The park hours are now posted. But the show times seem strange. Hapily Ever After jumps from 9 to 8 PM on most days. And on some days it also overlaps with the nighttime parade. Will the show times for Happily Ever After change or are these set in stone? I had a reservation at 7:40 PM, but if HEA is at 8 that might be a bit difficuilt. Would love any advice!

The only night time parade that would be posted right now would be for party nights. Parades are posted a week at a time, about 10 days out.
Fireworks are posted approximately 70 days out. Although those times can change, they rarely do since three dessert parties are booked around fireworks times. Party firework times will not change. HEA times will be earlier during eastern standard time.

I’m not sure why this might be difficult. CA Grill dims the light in the restaurant during fireworks and pipes in the music. You might get a window table and can watch the fireworks from your table.
Or you can chose to leave your table and go out to the patio after ordering drinks and dinner. Ask the waiter to hold your order until fireworks are done. Or you can order after fireworks.
We have been in both scenarios.
