Staying at Staybridge LBV without a rental car

I just booked my latest client (who is also my best friend) and her family of 6 at the Staybridge Suites Lake Buena Vista. I know the Unofficial Guide praises this property highly.

She and her family are not keen on renting a car and would like to rely on UberXL the hotel’s shuttle service for the rest of their trips. They’ll have 4 days at Disney parks and 2 at Universal.

What do you think, is it feasible? How’s the shuttle service there?

Also, in case it helps anyone reading this, I found out their shuttle CAN take an ECV / scooter or wheelchair, but you need to call [407-467-1132] 24 hours ahead of time to request if.
