Really? What kind of percent off is that savings for your trip?
@PackFan0202 that is always a tough call for us because we love WL and renting points for VWL is cheaper than rack rate, but the last two years there has been a RO discount for when we go, which makes that cheaper than renting points. The problem is that with the no cancellation policy for renting points we cannot book dvc rental and then cancel and take RO discount, and in order to get dvc rental for VWL we would have to book way before when discounts are offered.
The question I had is do you get the insurance for renting dvc and if you do can you cancel trip for any reason with insurance and then book RO or does there have to be some sort of qualifying event?
