Spirit Airlines

Anyone have any luck getting Spirit Airlines to issue a refund instead of a credit?

I did yesterday! :raised_hands:

First, they offered a 6 month credit. I told them that would be of no use to us and asked for a refund. No questions asked, they did it.

I will say, though, the 1st person I spoke to said nothing could be done on the phone. However, he was super echoey and I couldn’t understand him. I asked to be transferred to a new person, who stated he was a supervisor upon answering. So, you may want to ask for a supervisor.

All in all, I was on and off the phone in 30 minutes.
