Nobody knows. The official Disney page actually has less info about it now that it did a couple months ago.
I wouldn’t be surprised if it just opens one day, with no advance info (menu, pricing, etc).

I’m excited for this place for our December trip…mostly waiting to find out what the menu will be like. I currently have it to book at 180 + 1 days, but if that’s too ambitious, I have a back-up day to book it at 180 + 6.
This restaurant is annoying me. We want to book it for our May trip, but there is no info from Disney. And I heard as well it is to be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I think the last two table service park restaurants to open were Takumi Tei and Skippers Canteen. Both opened without ADRs.
Wouldn’t be surprised if this followed that pattern.
