Well Spirit changed my flight by a day. Not a big deal except to change times you have to chat with them. It’s been 20 minutes and nobody has replied. This is where SW excels as I can change to another flight in the app. On the other hand SW frequently fails to tell me they have cancelled a flight.

Well I found out you can indeed change it online.

I just looked and in the app if you click Trip Details there is a modify flight button. Is that what you were able to use?

I was able to change online just not the assigned seat while changing online.
It frustrating bc seat pricing fluctuates.

When they change your flight there is an alert posted with a “change flight” button.
