We used Southwest Vacations to book our flight, hotel, and park tickets. Overall, we think we got a good deal. Southwest Vacations is not part of Southwest Airlines. A travel agency pays Southwest the right to use their names. I booked the trip online and got the hotel and airline confirmation quickly. I did not get my park tickets so I called. The recording said it was a 90 minutes wait. I tried a few days later, same thing. I contacted Southwest Airlines who said they couldn’t do anything about it. I called Southwest Vacations first thing in the morning and was put on hold for 45 minutes. I then talked to an employee (only employee?) who then put me on hold for 10 minutes to research my question. She told me I would get the tickets in another month or so. Magically, I got them a few hours later. If everything goes right, Southwest Vacations is good. But if you have any issues, good luck.
