I was able to get a flight for a “normal” price of $175 August. I wasn’t planning on going again until Sept., but I’m not letting this deal get past.

I do have to take a 6am flight on a Wednesday and a returning flight at 5:30pm on a Saturday. Not ideal, but the rate was good!

Flights to Disneyland were almost as good! I checked on a package and could’ve gotten a 3 day / 4 night DLR trip for two people for under $2K + food and uber. Having the Universal AP does keep me loyal to them though!

SouthWest is doing a big sale! I’m finding flight to MCO for $92! I promised myself I wouldn’t renew my AP, but OMG the deals are amazing! Plus, I checked AP rates for Grinchmas and they’re $74 - $82!!
I saw some from MHT for as low as $85 which is unheard of
Of course, these come at a time when I can’t use them.

I went back through my travel plans for the last couple of years. It turns out they do a BIG sale like this every June. It’s how I keep getting “suckered” into renewing my AP for another year!!
I did mention it to DW last night and got a firm NO about another renew before Epic!

I have not been working with SouthWest for a couple of years since we don’t have points anymore. But they have some attractive non stops again now. For this sale do I see it when booking or do I need to get through to checkout? Like is this the sale price?
