So is Kona Cafe still open but the rest of Poly is closed?

Kona shows up as an ADR option but I thought the resort was closed and not to reopen until Summer 2021. Can someone explain? Thanks!

The DVC portion of the resort is open still.

Yes, and all the shops inside are open as well.
