If you’re like me and would rather sit next to a stranger than wait 40 minutes… Good news!

Single Rider lines have REOPENED at the following attractions (availability may vary):

Universal Studios Florida

  • Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts
  • Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit
  • Fast & Furious: Supercharged
  • Men in Black Alien Attack
  • Revenge of the Mummy
  • Transformers: The Ride 3-D

Islands of Adventure

  • Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure
  • Doctor Doom’s Fearfall
  • Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey
  • The Incredible Hulk Coaster
  • Jurassic World VelociCoaster
  • The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man

Single Rider lines have NOT YET REOPENED at the following attractions (as of 6/7/2021):

Universal Studios Florida

  • Despicable Me Minion Mayhem
  • E.T. Adventure (rarely used)
  • The Simpsons Ride (rarely used)

Islands of Adventure

  • Jurassic Park River Adventure
  • Skull Island: Reign of Kong

Such good news. Pre-lockdown we found the single rider meant that we didn’t need express pass. The long lines were mostly on the rides that DD couldn’t or wouldn’t ride. So, DH and I circled around in the single rider for the thrill ride while DD circled around on Spiderman (or similar).

I saw Hagrid’s single rider line is open now.
