In MDE: Go into your profile > MagicBands & Cards >

Then you can see all the active MB assigned to you or others in your party and you can LINK a new/old MB using the numbers on the back of the MB. If reassigning you can c/p numbers from them on the MDE too.

you can always reassign a MB to someone else. Not a ticket once it’s been used.
