Single and Multi Lightning Lane Passes in Different Parks

Can I buy a Single lightning lane pass and a Multi pass in advance for different parks on the same day? Or does a Single lightning lane pass need to be for the same park as my Multi pass? I am planning to park hop, so would like to buy in advance a multi pass for my first park and a single pass for the second park if that is allowed. I only have read about no multi pass selections for the second park until the day of after the first selection is used, but I saw no information about my question. I am familiar with the rides that are on each pass.

Good question. You can purchase two single lane passes for each day and only MK has two of those so answer should be yes you can do MP in one park and single lane in another. But not sure. Anybody done it?

My understanding of the new system is that you can do that (though I haven’t yet been at WDW with the new system to try).

Of course, this would be subject to the limit of 2 SPLLs per park day.

I just did it this morning! Yes, you can do it. You can select them before you pay. It will ask one more question as to which park you intend to do first. It was super easy.

Thanks.

This morning I was able to book SLL’s in two different parks in one day and choose the times I wanted easily (7 days out). I was also able to book my MLL in one park with a SLL in a different park.

Can I buy a third Tier 2 advanced multi pass instead of a T1? We prefer 3 of the T2 rides.

Yes! Even Disney’s site says you can do that.
For Tier 1:
Choose up to one experience from this group:

Then from Tier 2:
Choose your other 2 experiences—or all 3—from this group:

Are you sure you want to skip the Tier 1s? Which are the three Tier 2s you want?

Sometimes it makes sense to book a Tier 1 over a Tier 2 even if you prefer the Tier 2 if both of the following are true:

(A) the Tier 2 is an easy to get LL same day; and
(B) you would like to ride the Tier 1 even if though it is lower on your priority list then the third Tier 2.

We might do Peter Pan if we can get it first thing in the morning but it is a low priority ride for us. My daughter cannot stand drops (not even the one at Pirates) and does not like roller coasters. This trip is to celebrate her 21st Birthday so her wishes are paramount. I can ride coasters on my own another time or maybe do one at end of MVMCP is the line is gone. Haunted House and Jingle Cruise are priorities and have waits during the party. We might replace Pooh with Small World as an early morning burner

Dumb question that’s probably been answered a dozen times in other threads so my apologies in advance. LLMP let’s you select 1 tier 1 and 2 tier 2 rides in advance. When you tap in for the tier 1 ride, does that then let you select another tier 1 if available, likewise tapping in at a tier 2, does that then let you select another tier 2?

Tapping into any LL releases you from Tier restrictions!

Tapping into any of your selected LLs unlocks all restrictions.

That means you can book a further tier 1 or tier 2 LL, in the same or a different park, and with minimal overlapping restrictions.

For example, tapping into Dumbo will allow you to book a Tier 1 LL, even if you still hold a tier 1 LL.
