You can share meals as long as it’s not Prix Fixe or a buffet. Yes, adults can order off the kid menu at regular table service, but they often charge adult prices (with adult servings).

For QS though…I usually get a kids’ meal because I’m a grazer.

We use to get QS 1 adult breakfast platter & a couple snack credit type items to split between myself, DH & DD10. Last time it was back in 2019, but we aren’t big breakfast eaters. How much smaller have serving sizes gotten since then? I know myself and DD13 now could probably split the same size meal, but if they’ve become alot smaller, I’ll probably be packing breakfast items instead.
